I am on spouse visa can i study as a domestic student?

hi, my husband is a permanant resident of australia and i am on a spouse dependent visa also i have completed my LLB (Law) and would like to continue my studies here in sydney, so would i be considered as a domestic or an international student.....and what place would be the right to get complete information about this...
