What are some good movies/tv shows to watch on Netflix?

I am just looking for some suggestions on things to watch on Netflix? As far as tv shows I love Dexter, Doctor Who, Firefly. Movies: Suck, Little Shop of Horrors, Doctor Horrible Sing Along blog, Doctor Parnassus, The King of Kong.
