Suggestions for SciFi series to watch?

You've watched Firefly, why not Buffy? Also, if you've seen Dr. Who, why don't you watch the spin off series, Torchwood. If you want a dark Sci fi go with Supernatural. If you want a lighter one, I've really enjoyed Primeval and Eureka.
