University for specializing in human rights?

im presently doing my iB.A.LLB(hons) degree which is for 5 years,in India. after the end of my degree i wish to continue my higher education specializing in Human Rights. I want to go abroad for this purpose. Can anyone suggest which are the good universities for this course?and how exactly am i suuposed to go about this?
