What is U.K GCSE Grade C and 2 A levels mean ?

I'm a Canadian high school student from Ontario. I'm applying to universities in england for the LLB program. I called London Metropolitan university this morning to find out what the requirements are but they don't have requirememnts in Ontario High School format. The guy told me that the requirements are "U.K GCSE Grade C and 2 A levels" and told me to go on "maric.com" to convert them to Canadian format. Turns out...THERE IS NO MARIC.COM ! So i urgently need help figuring out what marks they are looking for because my applications are due very soon, i was hoping to apply tonight.
